NextPath Innovations Inc. ("NextPath", "I") respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, business type, the service you're interested in and anything you write in the message.
• Booking a call: when you book through Calendly, you share your name, email and the answers to its booking questions.
• Emails you send to hello@nextpathinnovations.ca.
• Website usage: Google Analytics records anonymized information such as pages visited, device type and general location. IP addresses are anonymized.

How I use it

Only to reply to you, prepare for and hold our call, send quotes, and deliver work you've asked for. Usage data helps me understand which pages are useful. I don't sell, rent or trade your information, and I won't add you to a marketing list without your permission.

Where it's stored

Information is held by the services that run this site: Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Calendly (bookings), Google (email and analytics). These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as it's needed to respond to you, do the work, and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask me to delete it at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or withdraw consent for me to contact you. You can also block analytics with your browser settings or an ad blocker.
